Returns
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is expired upon delivery.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our support team with photographs of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once the return request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 7β10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacement Policy
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.
- Consultation fees and appointment booking charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
